What can I claim RHI Support for? 

Not all renewable heating technologies will make you eligible for RHI support, and updates to the scheme were introduced in September 2017 which restrict things further, so it's important that you are informed. What Renewable Heat Technologies can I claim RHI support for?

• Ground to water heat pumps
  An underground heat pump that gathers natural heat from the ground by pumping water through it in pipes, then increases the temperature before sending it upwards to your property to provide heating and hot water. More heat is produced than the amount of electrical energy used.
  
  
• Air to water heat pumps
  Heat is extracted from the outside air (even in very cold weather) to heat your home and water. However, Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) require space outside your home with plenty of space.
  
  
• Biomass (wood-fuelled) boilers & certain pellet stoves
  These eco-boilers are a potential alternative to heat pumps, but there is a greater space requirement inside your property, and ongoing fuel costs which can be offputting. Note; fuel must be sourced  from a supplier on the Biomass Suppliers List to qualify for RHI support. We do not supply biomass boilers/stoves.

All systems must also be listed as eligible on the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Product Eligibility List
